This is a healthy version of granola, which is normally laden with carbs and bad fat. Warm spiced nuts, plump sweet blueberries, and cream
are a delectable combination and make a fabulous breakfast or snack.
The ingredients below are provided for 2 servings:
1⁄2 cup sliced almondsnutola
1⁄2 cup hazelnuts, skinless
1⁄2 cup cashews
1⁄2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1⁄2 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of powdered ginger
1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter), melted
1 cup blueberries
1⁄2 cup cream

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Mix the nuts, spices, and ghee in a medium bowl.
3. Spread the nut mixture on baking sheets and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
4. Serve warm in bowls, topped with 1⁄4 cup blueberries per person and
a touch of cream.
