with almonds.
Here are the ingredients for two SERVES:
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 teaspoon flax oil
1⁄4 cup raw almonds
1⁄2 cup frozen blueberries
16 ounces pure water
1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve.
