Hey everyone! It’s been some time since we talked fashion, sorry about that, I’ll make up for it, I promise! This post is a review of the www.dresslily.com online fashion store. Within a recent cooperation with them, I have received some fashion items for review. I chose the items myself, and I am quite satisfied with what I received. But let’s start with the beginning.  Continue Reading

I’ve always believed that genius lies in simplicity and I’ve been striving towards it my whole life: in character, in manner and in style. I was fascinated by the simplicity and straightforwardness of African jewelry for the first time as a child, when my mother traveled to Cape Town and brought me several items from the local market. So here I am, somewhere deep in the country, wearing this awesome, linen, knitted Ivana Helsinki dress, all covered in gold threads. Its heavy fabric makes it fall beautifully just a bit below the knee-my favorite skirt length. When it comes to 2017 jewelry trends, too much is not enough. “Life’s too short to wear boring jewelry” is a statement particularly true of spring/summer 2017. It’s all big and crazy and futuristic in the jewelry section this season. Wanna keep the pace? Then I assure you, people Will definitely stare so make it worth their while. So, let’s start listing those crazy ideas and I tell you, it would be a sin not to put them into practice, because they’re simply gorgeous: Continue Reading

Truth be told, there is some weight to the term. French women do tend to have a singular effortlessness and a cool, inherent sense of chic. Although my heart wasn’t set on French girl style when I was coming up with this look, what I saw in the mirror was a kind of Coco Mademoiselle undone chic. What I’ve got working here is an eclectic mix between a lens-worthy dress I fell in love with the moment I saw it on the mannequin, white wedges and the season trend-fishnets. Continue Reading
