DETOX: Let’s talk about detoxification first and after that I will tell you how to burn fat using thermogenic herbs. A toxic body will age very rapidly. So you need to clean your colon using different herbs, using fiber powders, enzymes, so it is very, very important to maintain your colon clean. All diseases start in the colon. Enzymes are very important.
The digestive system has about 22 enzymes. When you want detoxify your colon – this is a good recipe: take a whole cucumber, half of a teaspoon of ginger, a good bunch of parsley, a whole lemon, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Ginger is a thermogenic herb meaning that it will burn fat and parsley will help detoxify the kidneys. You blend all this very well with 250 ml of orange juice (make sure that the orange juice has the pulp) and 250 ml of water. You could drink this as soon as you wake up.
SKIN CLEANSING. BATHS: Now, let’s talk about external detoxification. For this, you could take a bath. What I am doing is taking bites of Epsom salts. These salts are very anti-aging, they has incredible benefits. Epsom salts contain 2 minerals and namely magnesium chloride and sulfate. Magnesium chloride is incredibly good for your heart, with a cleansing effect on your body. The salt will help with your skin, joints, tissues. These minerals, when you are in the hot water, will enter easily into pores of the body. So I recommend taking one cup of the Epsom salt if you are 45 – 58 kg and if you are over 68 kg – 2 cups of the Epsom Salts and you stay there about 40 minutes. It is really rejuvenating.
Another thing you could use is the Sea Salt for example the Dead Sea Salt. The same things: 1 cup of Sea Salt if you are 45 – 58 kg and 2 cups if you are over 68 kg . Another product I would like to recommend is the Ancient minerals “Clay bath”. This is a very potent detoxification, it helps pull toxins and impurities out of the skin. Take 115 g of this product and soak your body for about 20-25 minutes and this is another way to detoxify your body externally.
DRY SKIN MASSAGE: Another thing I would recommend is a skin brush before you take a bath. Skin brushing is fantastic to treat and prevent cellulite and it increases collagen production. You can watch a tutorial on skin brushing in my post here.
FAT BURN: If you want to burn fat – this is a good recipe. We are going to use thermogenic herbs turmeric, ginger and cayenne pepper. We are also going to use lemon. You should take 350 g of hot water and put half a teaspoon of organic ginger powder, half a teaspoon of organic turmeric, a whole lemon and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Do this mixture and use it in the morning every day because all these herbs I mentioned, they increase fat metabolism and help burn fat. Especially when you do your workout, this is fantastic, because you are able to burn fat.
